From our initial visit with the client, we start to not only foster our relationship but build their dream by creating a vision and turning it to reality.  Kelly Design Build will provide and facilitate all necessary permit drawings including Architectural, Structural, Civil, Landscape and Interior Design.

Along with our trade partners, we take a more hands on approach.  Unlike most builders who simply manage a build, we take a more hands on approach along with our trade partners.  We self perform much of the scope in building your home as we are actual builders first.  From excavation to custom cabinetry, our skilled craftsman provide the highest quality product while customize your home to fit your needs.  

We specialize in historical restoration including foundation replacement and interior structural reframe.  Historical associations can be demanding with the task of bringing an old home back to life.  We work closely with these associations to ensure authenticity is maintained, while fulfilling the design goals of the client.  These projects tend to be more rewarding as we not only bring an old home new life, but also re-energize the communities in which they occupy.
